<strong>Superior Court, Family Division<\/strong>, involving child custody, <strong>Me Vivan Nguyen<\/strong> succeeded in suspending contact with a parent in an emergency for a situation of severe abuse, while social services assessed the situation.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n \t<li>In a dispute where the other parent refused to allow the child to continue his competitive sport, <strong>Me Nguyen<\/strong> succeeded in keeping the child enrolled in his sports program at his client&#8217;s request.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div safeguard, <strong>Me Nguyen<\/strong> restored each of the parental rights of a parent, who was able to regain his children and parental authority in a court
