A Personal Message from Attorney Vivan Nguyen
Since June 10, 2026, my legal consultation request form has been closed, and my office has not been accepting new court representation mandates.
I had initially announced that my practice would reopen on July 3, and later postponed that date to July 22. After reassessing my current workload, I have decided to postpone the reopening once again, this time until August 26, 2026. I am committed to maintaining a manageable workload so that I can devote the time and attention each matter deserves, in keeping with the high standards of quality that guide my practice. I look forward to reopening my schedule and to the opportunity to assist you in August.
