Mtre Vivan Nguyen is a lawyer specializing in family law and youth protection.

Her career has been marked by distinctions, including an internship at the Court of Appeal, scholarships for excellence at the Faculty of Law, three nominations as Lawyer of the Year by Quebec’s leading legal newspaper, second place in a pleading competition among members of the Bar, and frequent appearances in newspapers, on television, and on the radio.

She has over 40,000 followers on social media. She is known for challenging the youth protection system and its flaws. Her social commitment is very public.

She has handled several pro bono cases and donated thousands of dollars to charitable causes.
